Welcome to the last day of Pirate week! It's been a blast seeing all of your wonderful art! Watch the video right to the end for a little message from me!
Tune back in next week! There will be a few different lessons!
SALT DOUGH RECIPE: - You can use this again next week too!
To decorate once dry, use and paint, glitter, what ever you have! If you can't wait for it to dry (2-3 days), popping it into the oven (with no cardboard) will dry it quickly - 1-2 hours at a low temperature should do it!
Make sure you have an adult help you with this part!
Time to get creative! Each day, we’re going to do a range of wonderful activities together! Save your work in the Pupil portal or email so I can see! Don't feel like you have to do one a day, but there should be plenty to choose from.
We are keeping the supplies simple. Most days we are just using household items. So that you can scavenge around for them like a true pirate, I'm including the list of supplies for each day this week at the end of this post! Remember to pause the video and go at your own pace when you're drawing!
This week – PIRATE WEEK inspired by my favourite Art Teacher, Cassie Stephens!
Here's a bit of fun! What's your Pirate name? Mine's Grubby Bottom McPatches.
Watch the video and join in!
Check back in tomorrow for how to create a Pirate Ship collage!
Have a look at what else you'll need for the week! Remember, you do not need to do art every day, so feel free to wait for something that you want to do!
